The Explorer Package leverages top finalists from our pool of prior listings, as well as candidates referred by our approved recruiting partners – 2-3 Weeks

  • You provide specific position criteria and we begin our search
  • We source and assess Referral Candidates for your review
  • We coordinate all outreach and communication
  • Weeks 1-2: We submit aligned candidates for your consideration and interviews
  • Week 3: Follow-ups, additional assessment (if required), and hiring decision
  • We support with salary negotiation, further vetting, and offer letter execution
