  • You provide specific candidate criteria about your firm and the position
  • We write a customized Culture-Driven Job Description and post it on Indeed
  • We screen applicants via technical assessment, questionnaire, and video
  • We provide Holistic Evaluations on the most qualified and aligned candidates
  • We perform First-Round Interviews on your top three selections
  • We guide and support from initial application through signed Offer Letter

The Voyager Package is a customized, end-to-end hiring process that allows you to carefully select a candidate from a thoroughly vetted and intentionally curated private pool of applicants.

PACKAGE 2

EXPLORER

The Explorer Package leverages top finalists from our pool of prior listings who become part of Viaggio’s Referral Community, as the as well as candidates referred by our approved recruiting partners.

2-3 Weeks

  • You provide specific position criteria and we begin our search
  • We source and assess Referral Candidates for your review
  • We coordinate all outreach and communication
  • We support with salary negotiation, further vetting, and offer letter execution
  • Weeks 1-2: We submit aligned candidates for your consideration and interviews
  • Week 3: Follow-ups, additional assessment (if required), and hiring decision

The Explorer Package is intended for quick hires on a condensed timeline, connecting your firm with exceptional talent quickly. Culture fit and technical expertise are still our primary objective.

PACKAGE 3

ADVENTURER

The Adventurer Package is a combination of both the Voyager and Explorer, leveraging both processes from all angles to cast a wide net on an exhaustive search, leaving no stone unturned.

The Adventurer Package is designed for firms that anticipate an extended hiring timeline for specialized, high-level, and/or on-site positions. Bandwidth to pivot based on the job market landscape is typically necessary.
